A presentation by representatives from Tuxedo Reserve regarding their proposed amendment to the Special Permit will take place at the Town Board meeting on Monday, September 22, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. at Town Hall. This is an informal presentation, not a public hearing, and is intended to familiarize attendees with the proposed changes. This is not considered a multi-board meeting; however, members of all Boards of the Town and Village are, of course, invited to participate should they wish.
As is the practice at all Town Board meetings, questions and comments from the public are welcome.
An official public hearing will be scheduled, and notice published and posted, at a future date, which will afford the public and Town officials sufficient opportunity to review the application which Tuxedo Reserve has submitted.
