PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to section 272-a of the Town Law
of the State of New York, the Town Board of the Town of Tuxedo will hold a
public hearing at Town Hall, One Temple Drive, Tuxedo, New York, on Monday,
September 8, 2008, at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of soliciting public participation in
the preparation of a draft Comprehensive Plan Update.

Copies of the draft Comprehensive Plan Update are available for inspection
at Town Hall, on the Town of Tuxedo website at www.tuxedogov.org, and at the
Tuxedo Park Library, 227 Route 17, Tuxedo, New York and the Village of Tuxedo
Park Village Hall, 80 Lorillard Road, Tuxedo Park, New York.

All interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard at this hearing.
