Village Planning Board Meeting October 29, 2007 A

The Planning Board convened at 7:15 PM Monday October 29, 2007, however applicant Tuxedo Partners (Pine Hill Development) had canceled their appointment at 3 PM. Engineer Richard Messer lectured the Board on alternative drainage and filtration methods for individual subdivision lots. The meeting was adjourned at 8 PM, followed by a SEQRA education session given by Rick Golden Esq. Mayor Stebbins and his wife attended both the formal meeting and environmental review discussion.
