    1. Emo Vandermeer Subdivision – Mr. Vandermeer was accompanied by his attorney and engineer presenting a new 2-lot subdivision between West Lake and Camp Comfort Roads. Several issues were discussed including potential water and sewer connections, road frontage, performance bonds, access, conservation easement, metes and bounds discrepancies and “lot-line change” vs. “subdivision”
      approach.
    2. Board attorney Rick Golden held a 1 hour tutorial for the Board’s benefit in fulfilling the members’ required 4 hours of continuing education. Mr. Golden focused on the theory, history and practice of municipal “zoning”, but also covered other related topics.

    The Meeting was adjourned about 10 PM.
