Village Planning Board Meeting, August 6, 2007 |

The Village Planning Board met on August 6, 2007 at 7:30pm. The following applications were discussed:

New Homes
Mr. Toby Guggenheimer represented Mr. Joe Perez who is applying to build a new home at the intersection of Tuxedo Road and East Lake Stable Road.

Mr. Toby Guggenheimer represented “Taxido Park Mountain” in its application for a new home on Lookout Mountain Road. It was determined that a revised site plan is required, together with several technical conditions being met.

Overton Subdivision
Michele Zerfas represented Mr. Overton in his application for an 11-lot subdivision around the Tuxedo Park School. property. Environmental assessment issues were discussed including a pending review by VTP Planner Bonnie Franson.

Tuxedo Partners, LLC Subdivision
It was announced that Tuxedo Partners will attend the August 20 Planning Board Meeting to further present their 12-lot subdivision on Pine Hill Road.
