As many Villagers may be aware, Channel 12 News has issued a report concerning the alleged improprieties of 2 former Police Officers in the Village of Tuxedo Park Police Department. This broadcast can be viewed here:

Our Board of Trustees has released a 3 page summery of the Police Investigation Report, and this synopsis is available on the Village website as well as from the Village office. We understand the entirety of the report has not yet been released to the public at the recommendation of our Village Attorney. This precautionary measure is apparently for the purpose of protecting the Village from potential litigation as occurred several years ago with the departure of another officer.
