The BZA held a Zoning Education Session from 7-8 pm. Attorney Michael Donnelly instructed the Board and two Planning Board members in the principles of evaluating a variance application.
Under the formal agenda, Mr. Andy Siegel’s request for waivers, allowing construction of a home on an undersized lot, was heard.
Several neighbors spoke out in opposition to issuing an area variance for the sub-standard parcel on Lookout Stable Road.
No decision was rendered by the BZA, who will research the matter further.
