The Board of Architectural Review met on Tuesday, October 2 at 7 pm. Chairwoman Hempel and Member Simon were absent.

Of the 4 items on the agenda, only one was acted upon. The Mengel house had a very minimal visual change of swapping the placement of door and a window. It was passed unanimously.
