The Board of Architectural Review met on Tuesday, August 7 at 7pm.

Chair Chiu Yin Hempel proposed two changes to the BAR process:

• After applicants are finished with the presentation of their proposal, BAR members will wait until the Building Inspector, BAR Attorney, and Village Engineer have commented before the BAR members make their comments.
  
  
• As suggested by Paola Tocci, Deputy Chair, members of the BAR as well as the Village Engineer, Building Inspector, and BAR Attorney will introduce themselves to each new applicant before the applicants make their presentations.
  

Everyone agreed to these procedural changes, which will improve the efficiency and cordiality of the process.
